Privacy Policy

This policy explains what information ToolSuite collects, how we use it, and the choices you have. It applies to toolsuite.com and the ToolSuite tools.

Information we collect

• Account information — when you sign in with Whop we receive your basic profile (such as your name, email, and Whop user id) to create and identify your account.
• Subscription and billing — your plan and membership status, synced from Whop. Payment details are handled by Whop; we do not store card numbers.
• Usage — a record of credit operations (grants, spends, refunds, top-ups) associated with your account, so we can maintain your balance and history.
• Content you submit — inputs and outputs you create with the tools, to the extent needed to deliver the service.

How we use information

• To provide the tools, maintain your credit balance, and authenticate you across the suite.
• To operate, secure, and improve the service.
• To communicate with you about your account and support requests.

Service providers

We use the following providers to run ToolSuite. They process data on our behalf, only to deliver the service:

• Whop — sign-in, subscriptions, plan payments and the affiliate program.
• Stripe — payments for credit packs. Card details go to Stripe directly; we never see or store them.
• Supabase — our database.
• Vercel — hosting, and the AI gateway that routes requests to model providers.
• AI model providers — when you use the assistant (Iris), the support assistant or an AI tool, your prompt and the content you attach are sent through the AI gateway to the large-language-model provider that runs that model (such as Anthropic, OpenAI or Google), to generate the answer.
• Resend — sending account email (receipts, payment notices, support replies and, if you opted in, product updates). Resend receives your email address and the message.
• Discord — our community, and internal notifications to our team: a new support ticket or message, a tool request, a waitlist signup or a payment that needs a person is posted to a private staff channel with your email address and what you wrote, so we can act on it.

Data sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with the service providers above, or where required by law.

Retention

We keep account and usage records for as long as your account is active and as needed for legal, accounting, or operational purposes.

Your choices

You can manage your subscription through Whop, and you can request access to or deletion of your account data by contacting us. Some records may be retained where required by law.
