These Terms govern your access to and use of ToolSuite (“ToolSuite”, “we”, “us”), available at toolsuite.com and its associated tools. By subscribing to or using ToolSuite you agree to these Terms.
1. What ToolSuite is
ToolSuite is a single subscription that provides access to a suite of AI creation tools and a shared pool of usage credits. Credits are spent when you generate content across the tools. Your plan (Starter, Pro or Max) determines the monthly credit allowance included with your subscription.
2. Accounts and access
You sign in with your Whop account. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your login secure. Access to the tools requires an active subscription; if your subscription lapses, tool access and your monthly credit allowance may be suspended.
3. Billing and subscriptions
Subscriptions are sold and billed through Whop. Prices, billing periods, and renewals are as shown at checkout. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your Whop account at whop.com/orders.
4. Credits
- Monthly plan credits reset at each renewal and do not roll over.
- Purchased top-up credits, where offered, do not expire.
- Credits have no cash value and are not transferable or redeemable for cash.
- Where a generation fails, the credits spent on it are refunded to your balance.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the tools, including generating unlawful content, infringing others’ rights, attempting to circumvent credit metering or access controls, or reselling access. We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms.
6. Content and ownership
You retain rights to content you create with the tools, subject to the terms of the underlying model providers. You are responsible for how you use generated content.
7. Changes and termination
We may update the tools, plans, or these Terms. Material changes will be reflected by the “last updated” date above. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms.
8. Disclaimers and liability
The tools are provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, ToolSuite is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service.
